We're Green!

 

Our Company:

Potomac Printing is certified in an important environmental program: Forest Stewardship Council (FSC). FSC is a non-profit organization devoted to encouraging the responsible management of the world’s forests. We take pride in this certification and are extremely concerned with helping the environment and saving our natural resources.

 

Our Printing Facilities:

We recycle all of our scrap paper. We use recycled paper when possible and we just changed to chemistry free press plates. We offer soy based inks as well.
 

Our Promotional Products:

We offer a wide variety of eco friendly promotional products including organic clothing made from 100% certified organic cotton, recycled tote bags, unbleached recycled fiber napkins and 100% biodegradable plates and cups made from sugar cane starch.

 

Our Building:

In an effort to reduce our energy consumption and eliminate waste our building is equipped with the energy Star certified compact fluorescent lights (CFL), recycled paper and we use less energy by using only energy star certified machines.
